Russian national operator Rostelecom has
introduced its VAS-services promotion to IPTV subscribers in the Sakha
republic, as well as in the Magadan and Kamchatka regions. Time-Shifted TV,
Pause and Archive services are now accessible for free, for new subscribers in
the regions activating a set-top box.
