SDMC Launched low cost Android TV Boxes Powered by Amlogic S805X


Most new Android TV boxes on the market today support 4K resolution at least up to 30 Hz, but Amlogic decided to target the lower end of the market with Amlogic S805X  processor that supports VP9, H.265 and H.264 up to 1080p60 only. To meet the various market needs, SDMC Launched low-cost android tv box running on Amlogic S805X which are the first one on the market.

The boxes come with optional 1GB DDR, eMMC Flash 8GB, and a wireless module supporting 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.1. Powered by Cortex-A53 64-bit cores CPU, Penta Core Mali-450 up to 650MHz+ GPU with TrustZone and fast Ethernet support.
